Hi, I'm Keith
I'm a Nutrition & Health Coaching graduate from the International Institute of Nutrition & Health, a leading provider of evidence based nutrition education in Ireland and internationally.
My interest in health and nutrition began at an early age and developed into a passion for understanding why so many people struggle with long term health challenges, particularly weight management, blood sugar control, prediabetes and type 2 diabetes.
I chose to focus on metabolic health because many people living with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes feel their diagnosis is simply something they must accept and manage forever. What many people do not realise is that, with the right education, support and lifestyle changes, significant improvements are possible, and in some cases, type 2 diabetes remission can be achieved.
Over the years, I have seen many people become frustrated despite trying to improve their health. The advice was often reduced to simply “eat less and move more”, but for many people the reality is far more complex. Metabolic health involves nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, lifestyle, environment, and understanding how your own body works.
“My role is not to judge or simply tell you what to do; it is to help you understand your health, translate confusing information into simple language, and support you in building habits that fit your life.”
Together, we will explore areas such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, motivation, blood sugar regulation, glucose monitoring, insulin resistance, and the factors that influence metabolic health. Lasting change rarely comes from quick fixes, it comes from knowledge, consistency, and having the right support along the way.
Your health is one of the most valuable assets you have. Let me help you protect it.
